Services
Initial Consultation
Do you have questions, aren’t sure where to start, or would like more information? I offer a free 20 minute consultation to determine how I can best help your family. Please fill out the form below to set up an appointment. I am currently only accepting clients who attend public, non-charter schools in BVSD and SVVSD.
Comprehensive Advocacy Services
I provide comprehensive advocacy services that include, but aren’t limited to, review of educational records, helping you understand assessment data, review of evaluation reports, review of IEP goals and objectives, drafting correspondence, and attending meetings.
IEP review
I can help you better understand your child’s IEP and what services and supports the school district is offering. An IEP review can be done independently of comprehensive advocacy services or as part of comprehensive services.
504 review
Some children with disabilities qualify for services under section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and not the Individuals with Disabilities Act. Section 504 prohibits discrimination based on a disability. I can assist you with the 504 process including reviewing 504 plans and attending meetings.
General Records Review
I can assist you in requesting your child’s educational records and identifying next steps.
LGBTQIA+ Students
I work with your family to ensure your LGBTQIA+ student’s needs are being met in the school environment, and I help collaborate with the school to ensure the child is being supported.
